Mainly a day of covering ground. Passed through more achingly clean and tidy picture postcard Alsace villages (pic from cab is woefully inadequate) before hitting the bigger roads and the joy of the new German 'umweltzone' restrictions. Basically, without the latest clean-burn engines, many town and city areas are off limits. There is no warning or alternative route, you are suddenly just police bait.
Tough to find a camp but eventually found a very quite nature reserve car park after about an hour and a half of biking. Good nature trail from here so will hopefully do that in the morning.
