Approaching Denmark, which lurks grey and gloomy on the horizon. After the settled weather to this point it's looking a bit miserable as we near land. We're currently witnessing bizarre sea conditions, it's been literally glass-like for the past hour or so. The whole crossing has been pan-flat but this last part is extraordinary; never seen a sea so still. It's made for great viewing and we've seen several large pods of porpoise, kittiwake, many gannet, guillemot, and the usual array of more often seen gulls.
