And so it came to pass that our 4,447 mile trip to never-ending daylight essentially ended as it had begun with 2 x veggie breakfasts complete with steaming mugs of tea.
Stibbington diner (co-ordinates) is a transport cafe / truck stop and it doesn't pretend to be anything else. It's as quintessentially English as afternoon tea, cricket on the village green, litter everywhere you look and disrespectfully suffering your ill-mannered children to run amok on ferries no matter what damage they do, who they happen to inconvenience, or how much they scream and squeal - even in what are supposed to be designated quiet areas.
It's good to be back: except it isn't, not really.
